Refund Policy
Returns
Our refund policy is effective for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must come unused and in its original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition (e.g. damaged or missing parts)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you are approved, credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you can return it for store credit. After we receive the returned item, we will issue you a gift card.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on location.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
