SHIPPING METHODS
All playmatusa.com products are shipped via UPS. We offer combined standard flat rate shipping to most U.S. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. All orders received before 12:00pm PST Monday - Friday are processed within 2 business days of payment verification, with 2–8 day transit time. The final delivery of all standard orders will be completed by UPS mail carriers.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international, PO BOX, FPO or APO and some state such as Hawaii and Alaska at this moment. We will notify you of any related conflict/cancellation.
Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events or in major crisis such as weather or state of emergency there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

Overnight and 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping (US locations)
All orders received before 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday with the Express or Expedited shipping option selected are processed the same business day as the payment method is verified and will be delivered via UPS.
We value our customer's trust and aim to provide the highest level of security possible. In some cases, additional information may be required to process your order. You may be contacted to verify your order information. Your order will be shipped the same day your order information is verified.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price if returned within 30 days of purchase, less shipping and handling for online orders, for all new, non-worn product. We do not offer free return shipping: it is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns or Exchanges Without an Original Sales Receipt or with an Original Sales Receipt paid with a merchandise credit
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any requests without an any proof of purchase.

For the fastest return processing, review our complete return policy and prepare your return label using our interactive return tool online at www.buybuybabycare.com. Complete the form on the reverse side of your packing slip and enclose it with your merchandise. Mail your shipment to:

Limited Warranty
Playmatusa.com is committed to providing you with quality products and stand behind our products with the following 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser. All refunds and exchanges are issued at the discretion of Playmatusa.com. This limited warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused by normal wear and tear.
- Damages resulting from repair or alteration of the product.
- Damages resulting from improper use, including any use or care not in accordance with the product instructions
- Damages resulting from airlines or airport staff
- Defects resulting from improper storage, such as outdoors or in damp environments
- Products that are re-sold, given away, or in any other case where you are not the first and original owner
- Products without receipt or proof of purchase
- Products purchased outside of North America
